Informed Onboarding with JTBD
We were facing high rates of churn which impacted revenue goals. Focusing on our enterprise teams, we discovered that the sales reps who didn’t commit to using our applications were more likely to churn, and the biggest drop-off happens right after onboarding. We set out to uncover how we can improve product onboarding and eventually offer bespoke onboarding for our top customers, a highly-requested feature.
Andi’s List
In this project with Andi’s List, I designed the home and portfolio pages. I worked with a design agency to develop the Shopify site by adding inventory and creating the portfolio pages.
OrcaChat
In this project with OrcaChat, I designed their website using WordPress and built an interactive prototype of their app in Figma. I worked with the founder and CEO to design a strong logo and brand image that is represented through both their website and app prototype.
Groutastic
In this eight week long project with Groutastic, I worked as the lead designer and primary contact to redesign their website and quote request flow. Upon approval of final designs, I developed a responsive website in a user friendly platform so the client could continue updates on their own.
OnboardOps
OnboardOps is a customer onboarding startup. They were growing and needed to hire the best talent as fast as possible to meet deadlines. As they were creating job postings, they found that they were losing interest in potential talent because they didn’t have a website. Potential applicants believed the startup wasn’t legitimate because they didn’t have an online presence. That’s where I came in.
OnboardOps was the first “Website In A Day” client. After an overview, I got to work creating a custom Wordpress website that’s responsive to all screen sizes. Complete with spam filters, Google Analytics, and basic SEO, they were equipped with all the tools they needed to take their startup to the next level in only 5 hours.
